Gift Deed Case of Money Given to Donee

This deed of gift executed at Vrindavan on dated 15.05.2017 by Smt. Maya Devi Agrawal W/o Late Shree Gopal Das Agrawal, Bankhandi Mahadev, Vrindavan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh-281121, PAN AAAAA0000A (Hereinafter referred to as Donor) and Ram Prashad Agrawal, S/o Shree Gopal Das Agrawal, Bankhandi Mahadev, Vrindavan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh-281121, PAN AAAAA0000A. 

Whereas the donor out of natural love and affection toward Ram Prashad Agrawal, S/o Shree Gopal Das Agrawal, Bankhandi Mahadev, Vrindavan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh-281121, PAN AAAAA0000A. is desirous of making gift of Rs. 500000.00 (Rs. Five Lakh Only) through Cheque No. 256321 to the recipient while not execration of any profit some. 

And whereas it's deemed to reducing in writing for convent covering the above gift. 

Now thus this note of gift witness as below 

1. In consideration of natural love and affection the donor voluntarily transferred, conveyed and delivered free from any encumbrance Rs. 500000.00 (Rs. Five Lakh Only) through Cheque No. 256321.

2.The donee has accepted a Cheque of Rs. 500000.00 (Rs. Five Lakh Only) as a gift. the executive possession of the same gift his sole profit and this gift is lost and absolute gift. witness where of each dover and recipient have place their various hand to the current deed of gift within the presence of witness signature seem blow.
